"Emotional Intelligence (E.I.) is the ability to identify, and regulate ones emotions, and to understand the emotions of others".
Most of the time, emotional intelligence is referred to the ability to build relationships, defuse conflict, reduce team stress and improve job satisfaction. But, I am not talking about E.I. in the workforce.......I am talking about we can use E.I. in learning how to "do death differently". Emotions guide us throughout our lives, but they especially do so when we are engaging with end-of-life matters.
